The 5th high profile evening event since our official launch June 2017 at the Embassy of Lithuania, London. Lithuania GB Founder The Hon Richard Evans and Operations Director Adrian Smith were delighted to welcome our Lithuanian ICT Partners to present to 100 UK ICT professionals including HRH Princess Katarina of Yugoslavia, (Guild of Tourism), Ambassador Dr. Alisher Shaykhov, Ashraf Khodjaev (Embassy of Uzbekistan), Lord Nazir Ahmed (member of The House of Lords), Digital Culture, Media & Sport, Transport for London, and many more.  Partners: Ashburn International, ICY365, Indeform, NFQ and Torus Solutions all feature in this video.

Guests were welcomed by The Hon Richard Evans followed by an introduction speech by Ferdinando Samaria, investment banker and computer scientist. With a PhD in Artificial Intelligence Ferdinando quoted that “Lithuania enjoys an enviable position: the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) “Education at a Glance 2017” report shows that Lithuania came 7th in the list of countries ranked by Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) as Field of Study among tertiary-educated 25-64 year-olds using 2016 data, well above EU22 and OECD average. Computer Science is an important part of the Lithuanian early academic curriculum, while some countries still relegate the subject to after-school club activities” And went on to say “This evening we will hear from five companies active in various areas where technology plays a central role: we have two companies working very closely with one of the largest technology incumbents, providing valuable additional tools to the existing platform; one operating for a number of years in the payment space; another active in cloud services and one in supporting entrepreneurs” We work with successful and progressive Lithuanian Companies that strive proactively to expand in to the UK maintaining steady growth and increasing employment and profitability.

With special thanks to Mr. Les Pyle, CEO @The Institute of Collaborative Working, Ambassador H.E Renatas Norkus, The Embassy of Lithuania, Enterprise Lithuania, and our friends in the UK ICT industry for making this event so successful.
