With a current shortfall of 4 million homes in the UK, off-site manufacturing plays a pivotal role in addressing the problem. Working with our Baltic, Polish, Spanish, Turkish & UAE suppliers we have collaborated with UK construction experts to deliver the best possible modular off-site solutions. These could be element, 3D volumetric, timber frame, cross-laminated timber, precast concrete:- or even a fusion of systems, including bathroom (both steel frame & glass reinforced plastic) & kitchen pods. We have worked intensively on behalf our clients travelling thousands of miles to present a supply chain where quality, cost, customer service and delivery is ‘a given’ counteracting the major issue of relatively poor availability from the UK and other countries.

Our specific role is the introduction of a quality supply chain to clients, who include developers, local authorities, main contractors, and investors. We are also working with local authorities directly with pilot projects across the UK.

Clients have the choice to simply purchase ‘modules’ and ‘elements’ or they can experience the additional value of working with our UK delivery partners to deliver a turn-key solution. Working with Tier 1, 2 & 3 partners, or/and developers we have a network in place to deliver anywhere in the UK, Germany, Scandinavia, Uzbekistan & other countries.

Our well-chosen delivery partners are ideally situated to cover the whole of the UK and other countries. Having experience in new build, extensions, refurbishment and maintenance projects in a variety of sectors that include residential, education, commercial, warehousing, health, leisure, hotels & retail, worldwide.

They are multi-disciplined and cover all areas of construction, project and cost management on both contractor and client side.

Their role includes:

  • Design assessment (including in partnership with architects, if in place)
  • Cost management
  • Early site visits conducted to establish viability, suitability etc
  • Meeting with investors/stakeholders
  • Outline development programme
  • Project risk assessment
  • Support obtaining BOPAS accreditation for housing projects where necessary
